I´m so sorry to just now found out that Bill past away in the recent past. He was a second father to me.
I went to work at JBA Consulting Engineers in Las Vegas in 1984 where Bill was the Chief Electrical Engineer. He was very dedicated to his job and I learned so much from him. I learned respect for him as a person and as my mentor.
He left JBA around 1991 and went to Colorado. He came back in 1992 and founded Morris Engineering Inc. I left JBA in 1992 and went to work for him. We designed many of the major strip and numerous other hotel casinos in several states in the next 5 years. We grew from Him, his son, Mike, his daughter and me to a company of 13 when he retired in 1997. I stayed my company at that time and hired 10 of his employees.
If it wasn´t for him, I don´t know where I´d be or what I´d be doing.
He was a great man!!
I miss him.
God bless you Bill and I know you are lighting up heaven with Gerry and our Lord and Saviour.

Bill was my protector, mentor, adviser & much more. But, mostly he was my big brother & I will always have an empty spot in my soul without him. But, praise God, he is no longer in pain or suffering. He was an amazing human being & will forever be my amazing big brother.

My family lost an amazing human this Sunday after a long struggle with cancers and other health issues. When you see such a strong man not living his best life and you know he will be playing trumpet with the angels .. you become so proud and not sad when you remember the kind of man he was. My Uncle
Bill was a Marine (and imagine he still is LOL) and a proud American. He played the trumpet since he was 6 and taps for every Memorial Day since he was 10. After returning from oversees ( Korea/Japan) He remained very involved with the welfare of returning soldiers. He design a memorial to remember all who have served our country . I could go on and on about all he has done and tried to do.
He was a big man standing at 6´6 ... He was quick witted and loved his family fiercely. My Aunt Gerry , his wife passed away 4 years ago. They were best friends and he simply adored her. She was closer to my height . LOL
Bill was a genius in many ways .. When he was a young man he had a lot to do with the designing of the electrical grid for Los Vegas and for a long while remained a consultant for them.
He was a great man who never wavered on his beliefs and for what was right in all his 90 yrs. He will be missed , but now he isn´t in pain and standing tall again!
My Mother Better (Morris) Cole sure thought the sun rose and set with her `big´ brother. See you again someday Uncle Bill
