Patricia Iverson Obituary

Patricia Iverson of Boulder died Wednesday, June 27, 2018 in Louisville. She was 92 years old. She was born in Hollywood, CA to George Mahoney and Margaret Kavanaugh Mahoney. She married LeRoy Iverson on August 14, 1948 in Manhattan Beach, CA. Mrs. Iverson moved to Boulder in 1969 and worked for Ball Aerospace for over 20 years. She contributed to various projects such as the Viking mission to Mars and the Hubble Telescope. She was predeceased by her husband of 50 years. Survivors include five daughters, Martha Iverson of Durango, Leila Iverson of North Bend, OR, Linda Iverson of Pasadena, CA, Diane Bergin of Boulder, and Elaine Iverson of Lafayette; two sons, Neil Iverson of Mentor, OH and Paul Iverson of Mancos, CO; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Contributions may be made to Fisher Center for Alzheimer's Research Foundation, 110 East 42nd Street, 16th Floor, New York, NY 10017 or Humane Society of Boulder Valley, 2323 55th Street, Boulder, CO 80301.
