Karl Hahn Obituary

Karl Edward Hahn, 59, passed away on August 24, 2024, in St. Louis, MO, the city where he was born on November 23, 1964. He leaves behind a legacy of kindness, characterized by his caring and fun-loving nature. Karl was someone who knew no strangers, creating enduring bonds with not just his family but everyone he encountered.

Karl graduated from Parkway West High School in Chesterfield, MO, (class of '83) and spent much of his life in his hometown, where he enjoyed bowling and was an avid sports fan mainly watching his boys and St. Louis teams. His love for these things was only surpassed by the joy he found in spending time with his beloved wife, Kelly McNeal Hahn, and his sons, Dominic, Dalton, and Daniel.

He is survived by his wife, sons, his mother Karla Olga Hagman Hahn, his brothers Kuhrt Hahn (Michelle) and Kristopher Hahn (Alicia), and his sisters Kerry Florea (James) and Kelle Hahn. Karl will also be fondly remembered by his nieces and nephews Arin Walker, Braden Hahn, Hannah Hahn Licause, Sarah Hahn, Sam Hahn, Jackson Florea, Parker Florea, and Taylor Florea and the devoted mother of his sons, Tina Kimbell. He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Edward Hahn.

In honor of Karl's giving spirit, contributions may be made to Mid America Transplant, located at 1110 Highlands Plaza Drive East, Suite 100, St. Louis, MO 63110.
