GINI GALEY Memorial services for Gini Galey, 51, of Phoenix, Arizona were held at 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 6, 2016 in Sanders Memorial Chapel with Dr. Keith Wiseman officiating. Private inurnment was be held at the City of Lubbock Cemetery. Ginifer passed away on August 22, 2016. Ginifer Ruth Galey was born August 18, 1965 in San Antonio, Texas. She was the beloved daughter of Charles and Gloria Galey; a loving sister of Gregory Galey. Gini began playing competitive tennis as a junior in Texas at the age of 7. After graduating high school she went on to play tennis for Texas Tech University. Gini continued to use the gift of tennis through over 20 years of experience as an instructor, head tennis professional and player. She was currently an Assistant Tennis Coach for Cactus Shadows High School. Gini was preceded in death by her father, Charles E. Galey, on September 21, 2008 and by her mother, Gloria Galey, on March 1, 2011. Loved ones include her brother, Gregory Galey, a worker at Marbridge Ranch; and a host of friends. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Marbridge Foundation, 2310 Bliss Spillar Road, Manchaca, TX 78652.
