Phillip Waters Obituary

Phillip Andrew Waters, 85, of Mountain Home, Arkansas passed away on Thursday, February 27, 2025, in Mountain Home. He was born on January 15, 1940, in Kirwin, Kansas to Andrew and Mildred Waters. He married Rosella Collins on July 20, 1962. Phillip retired from Baxter Lab after working for many years at the Hays, Kansas location and upon their closing transferred to Mountain Home. In his free time, he was a ham radio operator. Phillip was a veteran of the United States Army.
He is survived by one son, Kenneth Waters of Springdale, Arkansas and one sister, Amy Schwartz of North Dakota. Phillip is preceded in death by his wife, Rosella Waters; one sister, Carmen Lamont and his parents.
He will be buried with Rosella in Mountain Home Cemetery. The ceremony will be private.
