Teressia Dehart Teboe, 83, of Blairsville, Georgia, passed away on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at Sunshine Manor Blairsville in Blairsville, GA. Teressia was born August 23, 1942, in Pendleton, KY, to Hobert and Dovie Dehart. Teressia lived a life marked by love, strength, and creativity.
Known fondly as a second mom by her children's friends, Teressia was a nurturing figure who opened her heart and home to all who crossed her path. Her loving nature touched many, and she was cherished for her sweet spirit and unwavering support.
Teressia had an immense passion for quilting and crafting, often creating beautiful pieces that brought joy to those around her. She also found great delight in gardening, where she nurtured both plants and the friendships that blossomed in her garden. A talented cook, she filled her home with the comforting aromas of delicious meals, always ensuring everyone had enough to eat.
In addition to her creative talents, Teressia was exceptionally smart and had a knack for numbers. She used her skills in bookkeeping for various churches, where she made significant contributions to her community. Her country girl heart led her to embrace the simple joys of life, from fishing and crabbing to camping under the stars with family and friends.
She is survived by her loving husband of 63 years, Robert Teboe; children, Travis Teboe, and Sonya Riebock; and siblings Johnny Dehart, and Ina Jean Harvey
She is preceded in death by her parents Hobert and Dovie Dehart; and brother Robert F. Dehart.
Teressia leaves behind a legacy of love and kindness that will be remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her. She will be deeply missed but fondly remembered for the warmth she brought into the lives of others.
