A lifetime resident of Jones County, Caroline enjoyed going to the casino, working puzzles, gardening, cooking, and canning. She spent time watching birds and was especially fond of hummingbirds. She also enjoyed playing dominos, dice, lottery scratch cards, and having her cappuccino coffee and chocolate in the morning. More than anything else, she loved spending time with her family, especially during the holidays.

She is survived by her children Dennis Kray, Anamosa, Diane (Galen) Capron, Anamosa, Doug (Sandy) Kray, Tiffin, Joan (Bob) Oltmanns, Center Junction, and Jeff Kray, Anamosa, grandchildren Daniel, Tasha, Heidi, Tammy, Mark, Jason, Jeramy, Nicole, Nate, Dean, Jessie, Jennifer, Chuck, Jessica, and Casey, 28 great grandchildren, 19 great greatgrandchildren, her sister Deloris Rickels, and her sister-in-law Sally Osterkamp.

She was preceded in death by her husband Leonard, her children Linda Weseman, and David Kray, and a great granddaughter Ashley Klever.

The family would like to thank the entire staff of The Rehabilitation Center of Lisbon and the Lisbon Ambulance Service for the wonderful care they provided.
