Beverly Ann Allen-Haines, born on April 13, 1931, passed away peacefully on March 4, 2026. A graveside service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, March 9, 2026, at the Friends Cemetery in Richland, IA. A lifelong resident of Iowa, Beverly was born and raised in Columbus Junction before she made her home in Hills. Throughout her life, Beverly was a strong and independent woman, known for her dedication to her work and her love for the outdoors. She began her career at Martin Drug in Fairfield, later working in the Hy-Vee Deli, before she eventually started her own successful Janitorial and Cleaning business.

Beverly was a woman of many passions, but above all, she enjoyed taking long rides and being out and about. Her zest for life was infectious, and she had a knack for bringing joy and laughter to those around her. She was a mother, friend, and community member who will be dearly missed.

Beverly was preceded in death by her parents; two husbands, Don Haines, Jerald Dean Allen; a sister, Mary Miencke, and three brothers, Robert Jones, Vern Jones, and Dick Jones.

Left to honor her memory are her two daughters, Rita Brown of Harper, IA and Margaret (Fred) Lukavsky of Wapello, IA; five grandchildren, Michael Dawson (Kelsy Lyons), Joshua (Jerrica) Cornelius, Buddy Boulton, Eric Benson, and Josie Boulton; nine great grandchildren, as well as many extended family and friends.
