Thomas William Tate, 92, passed away Wednesday afternoon September 14, 2022, at his home.
Thomas was born on January 14, 1930, in Pottawatomi, OK to the late Arthur F. and Thelma Barry Tate. Thomas was retired from Boker and served his country proudly in the United States Army during the Korean War. He was an outdoorsman and enjoyed camping and fishing. Thomas was an extremely hard worker. He loved spending time with his family more than anything.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Alma Tate; son, William Tate, Jr.; and his brothers, Harry, Sam, and Jack.
He is survived by his daughter, Terri Tate Wilson (Brian); 4 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; 3 sisters, Shirley Engler, Betty Swanemyr (Bob), and Margaret Sutton (Jim); and a brother, John Tate (Evelyn).
There will be no formal services or visitation.
