On June 16, 2017, the Victor family was notified that their beloved brother Airman First Class Rudy Redd Victor remains were found in Wolf Creek, Montana. Rudy was reported as a missing person in 1974 and his case was deemed a cold case after 43 years. The family can now celebrate the return of their brother Rudy Victor will be laid to rest in Farmington, New Mexico. The facts surrounding his death are still pending further investigation.

I have a picture of Rudy when a few of us attended prom. Rudy was so intelligent, very quiet, but involved in a lot of school groups. I was so sad to hear of his passing and how long it took to find him. RIP Rita Jaramillo (Gallegos)

Rudy and I graduated from Ignacio in 1973. He was in almost all of my classes. He was our quarterback. I am so sorry to find out that Rudy was missing all of these years. He was mindful and very sharp; and a handsome guy with a winning smile. I will pray for his family and for Rudy's soul.
