Those attending Robert's celebration of life last weekend were treated to many great stories of how he lived his life. Yes indeed, he had a passion for hunting, fishing, and partying! He was a great husband, brother, and a good friend to many. We all appreciated his unwavering commitment to his pursuits, no doubt. But the thing many of us will miss the most is the fact that he was simply a good person, an exceptional person. The world was a better place when he was around us. He will be greatly missed.

I seriously love you my life-long friend and appreciate the heck out of you!! Heaven will now never be the same!!

Losing someone is always difficult, and hearing about it later can be especially jarring. It's understandable to feel sorrow even without a long acquaintance. Cherishing the memories you do have, however brief, can bring comfort. Thinking of you during this time and sending heartfelt condolences. May his memory be a blessing.
