Patricia Williams Obituary

Patricia Lynn Williams

October 22, 1957 - January 1, 2025

Patricia Lynn Williams, a beloved wife, mother, sister, and friend, passed away on January 1, 2025, in San Diego, California. Born on October 22, 1957, in Hobbs, New Mexico, to John and Alta Perkins, Trish grew up alongside her siblings, Barry and Carla, forming a bond that would last a lifetime.

Trish will always be remembered for her fierce love, selflessness, and warmth that touched everyone she met. Known for her radiant presence, she had an extraordinary ability to make those around her feel valued and cherished. A true socialite, she lit up every room with her vibrant spirit and generous heart.

For 44 incredible years, Trish shared her life with her husband, Michael Williams. More than a life partner, she was his best friend, confidante, and the heart of their family. Together, they built a home filled with love and laughter, with Trish serving as the unwavering foundation of their lives.

As a devoted mother to her three children-Clayton, Megan, and Dillon-Trish poured her soul into nurturing and inspiring them. She celebrated their achievements, offered comfort in difficult moments, and taught them the values of integrity, humility, perseverance, and empathy. Her love knew no bounds, and her legacy will live on in the lives of her children and all those fortunate enough to know her.

Her closest friends will remember her fondly for her knack for finding treasures in every thrift store, her delight in filling her yard with whimsical decorations, and her hilarious moments of absentmindedness. These joyful quirks only deepened the love and affection people had for her.

A service to honor Trish's beautiful life will be held on March 29, 2025, at 12:00 PM at Crestview Memorial Cemetery in Durango, Colorado, where she will be laid to rest alongside her parents. Following the service, all are welcome to gather at 2262 County Road 234, Durango, CO, to share stories and celebrate the life of this extraordinary woman.

Though Patricia Lynn Williams has left this world, her spirit will live on, reminding us all to cherish life's moments, take action on what truly matters, and never forget the importance of doing things-whether once, or even 17 times.
