Niko Cordalis Obituary
Niko, born March 29, 1981, was a typical Durango kid who loved living in the mountains. He grew up playing baseball, skiing, hiking, camping and enjoying the family cabin. He was a gifted athlete, playing varsity sports at DHS where he won a state championship in tennis, and played baseball and tennis for the University of Northern Colorado.
His life passion was skiing and after graduation, Niko moved to Telluride. He loved his life there with his family of friends. Niko skied hard, worked hard and enjoyed all that Telluride had to offer. Often traveling on the off season; his life was full.
Niko didn't just have friendships, he had relationships. And his relationships with "his people" were his greatest joy.
We honor Niko with memories of his spirit, love and love of life.
