Nancy Walbert Obituary

Nancy Walbert, 72, of Hot Springs, died Saturday, Jan. 11, 2003 in a local hospital.

Born June 6, 1930 at Fordyce to C.M. and Hazel Matthews, she attended the University of Arkansas and was a member of First United Methodist Church. She was predeceased by her husband, Thomas Walbert.

Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Susie and Ted Croasdell of Royal; one son and daughter-in-law, Dale and Susan Walbert of St. Louis; one sister, Charlotte Montgomery of Lowell; and one grandson, Cameron Walbert.

Services will be 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 14, 2003 in First United Methodist Church with the Reverend David B. Wilson officiating.

Honorary pallbearers are Paul Dahl, Bill Cluck, Roy Murphy, Royce Stauford, Gil Wootten, Max Wittman, Charlie Jennings and Genesis Sunday School class.

Burial will be in Crestview Cemetery. Memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church, 1100 Central Avenue, Hot Springs, AR 71901.

Arrangements are by Gross Funeral Home.
