Luis is survived by his wife of 34 years Elena Lozano and daughter Elizabeth Lozano Terrazas and grandson Octavio.
Luis was a dedicated husband, father friend, and business owner.
A vigil will be held starting at 6:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 697 Highway 511, Navajo Dam, NM 87412
