Luann Ellis, a dedicated mom, psychologist, and lover of horses, passed away at the age of 82. As a psychologist, she touched countless lives with her empathy and unwavering support. She had a private practice in Durango, CO where she and her family resided for many years. Luann's marriage to Richard Ellis may have ended in divorce, but the bond they shared endured, as they remained connected through their shared love for their children. Her last decade was spent back in Albuquerque where she was lucky to live close to her son who provided invaluable support. Friendships held a special place in Luann's heart, and she cherished the deep connections she forged with those she held dear. Luann is survived by her loving children, David and Sara, her ex-husband Richard, and a host of friends whose lives were enriched by her presence.
