Frank was born in New Castle, PA on October 31, 1935. He was a veteran and accomplished businessman.
Frank was a man who saw the good in broken people. He would go the extra mile to help those he saw in need. He loved Jesus, his wife Ginger, and his family. He will be deeply missed.
Serviced will be held on Wednesday, April 19th at 10:00 pm at Bayfield Church of Christ.
