Jay Timm and family:
Jerry was a gifted athlete and lived across the street from me. He would often take time to show us kids some of the fundamentals of football or baseball while we played in the street! I looked up to him as he was my childhood hero.
I felt quite honored to have the good fortune of being able to have taught Jay in fourth grade and pass on a little of Jerry's legacy, in a small way!
God bless him!

So Sorry to hear of Jerry's passing... He was an inspiration to me as a young man and helped me along in my Amateur Radio interests. It took me a long time to get my license, but I never forgot Jerry's passion. My sincere Condolences. Bob Liddell
