My son had the distinct honor of performing with Janice, and then I was blessed to have her perform in a show I produce at Chapman University. I was such a fan of this talented woman and beautiful soul! I continue to pray for her family, as they wait to see their Beloved in Heaven one day. Janice, you are fondly remembered, and dearly missed!

I am so sorry. What a loss. I had the great honor of seeing Janice perform at the IWC in LA in early February. I feel blessed to have been in the same room with this woman, she radiated love. My prayers go out to her loved ones.

I first met Janice when she was only a baby herself, she was newly pregnant with Hannah. We worked together at a Sparkletts call center in Pasadena, Ca. Always smiling, always loving. I was so blessed to have been reconnected with her last year. I saw her beautiful smile and heard her amazing voice again, I felt so lucky. I am blessed that God saw fit to allow our paths to cross, and I was able to tell her once again How Amazing she was/is. Rest Well my Love.

I was reading about The news and I saw that Janice Freeman had Passed that she was a Singer on the Voice so I decided to see so I looked her up on You Tube and To be honest She Blew Me away What a Priceless Gift of a Voice and to learn of her struggling health issues. My sincere condolences. Janice performed at our international womens conference this past February. Her beautiful voice had the audience on their feet and in tears. You could feel her Spirit. I am heartbroken to hear that Janice has passed away. I just saw it on at the end of the voice. I literally play and listen to all of her YouTube videos from the voice (almost daily). My favorite was her performance of Leela James' song "Fall For You." I didn't even like the song until Janice sang it and I dreamed of her singing it at my upcoming wedding. I will forever be a fan! Many blessings to her family and friends...please know the world has been blessed by Janice sharing her gift with us. Rest in paradise, my sister.

Janice, I felt your beautiful spirit the 1st day you came to my house for band rehearsal with the band "Black Rose" in Pasadena. We ate, laughed, cried and prayed together and God heard our prayers. You were battling lupus and were in so much pain, but you NEVER gave up, you pressed on. You touched so many people with your beautiful soul. You were beautiful inside and out! You were blessed with a voice that needed to heard beyond walls.

Thank you Miley Cyrus for making that possible and allowing the world to hear this undeniable voice. I will forever be grateful to you for believing in my friend and hearing her gift.
