Isidro Talamante Obituary
Al was born January 3, 1958, in Durango to Isidor and Ursulita Talamante. He grew up in Durango and joined the U.S. Air force after high school. Upon his return he met Holly Strail and they shared a long relationship. Al was a talented and gifted musician and guitarist. He was the founding member of the "Magik Band" where he toured and promoted the group. His promoting extended into many talents and groups.
He was a wonderful cook and especially loved spending time with his children, grand kids, nieces and nephews. He told stories in song and with family and loved watching movies and the "newest flix."
He is survived by his children: Jeremiah and Jennifer Strail, and Billie Jo Quintana; his father: Isidor Talamante; Siblings: Erma Sena, Ruby Withers, Michelle Hayes, and Robert Talamante; and many grandkids, nieces and nephews.
A recitation of the Rosary will be Thursday, December 3, 2015 at 6 pm at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, December 4, 2015, at 10 am, also at Sacred Heart with burial to follow at Greenmount Cemetery.

I was honored to serve with Izzy when we were stationed together in Virginia. He and I shared a house with another SP, Phil Roth. Izzy was passionate about his music. He taught me to cook many different dishes which I enjoy making to this day.

My Prayers are with The family tonight, and tomorrow, as we know Chico will be missed by many. so young, I can hear him singing, to us all. I was able too say goodbye to him we had not spoken in thirty years! as we were neighbors, and close in are younger years! Linda (Bellino).
