Francis Garcia Obituary

In loving memory of our patriarch, the leader of our pack, Francis Garcia, a proud self-made entrepreneur who, alongside his loving wife Claudine, ventured into the restaurant business, known as Francisco's, leaving an indelible mark in the Durango business community. Survived by his devoted wife of 60 years, Claudine, his soulmate, best friend, and business partner.

Francis was remembered as an honorable and respected business leader. He raised two sons, Skip and Ted. Both Skip and Ted worked at Francisco's from a very young age and later helped Francis and Claudine run the business for many years. Ted sadly preceded Francis's death by 12 years.

His favorite retreat was his cabin at Electra Lake, where he found joy fishing beside his beloved Claudine. Though almost two years have passed since his departure, the void remains as fresh as that day. Francis's strong, gentle, and loving presence centered around his family, who now cherish the memories. He is survived by his soul mate Claudine, son Skip, grandsons Roger and Anthony, granddaughters, Danielle, Claudia and Julia, and great-grandchildren Riley Shaye and Adelina.

Francis, Dad, Grandpa, Great Grandpa, we love and miss you dearly. Your family remembers you with heartfelt gratitude and enduring love.

The Garcia Family in loving memory.
