Elinor Branson Obituary
Elle left this crazy planet to be with her Heavenly Father, whom she said she had a direct line, on 3/10/16. She was surrounded by her loving children, Joe, Jeff & Pilar. Elle was born on 7/30/28 in San Diego, CA but was raised, married, joined a family business and had her children in the San Gabriel Valley of Southern California.
Elle had wonderful stories of her life during the depression, WW II and her personal family struggles. She married Bud Branson in February, 1947 and had three boys and the crowning moment, her daughter. She was preceded in death by parents, Alva & Areena Fisk, son Michael and sister Gladys Duket.
Elle is survived by her children: Joseph (Linda) Branson Prescott AZ, Jeff (Laura) Branson Durango CO, Pilar (JD) Huey of Wasilla AK & her forever daughter in law, Judi (Jeff) Heubach. Grandchildren, whom she bragged about continuously: Chris (Veronica) Branson, Matt & Venus Branson, Keri (James) Couzens, Ryan & Nathan Huey, Jon (Diane) Craft, Kyle, Nick and Joseph Branson. Great grandchildren, that made her burst with pride: Riley, Cammy, Noah, Izzy and Sammy Branson, Tealy and Taylor Couzens. She had wonderful, loving friends (too many to name but here's a few): Sweetie (her cat), Marilyn Hitti, Susan Myers, Cindy Adams, David & Amy Blankenship, Pablo & Alicia Perez, Luz & Rafael Arias & their families, Rafael Osuna & Quan Ho.
The family would like to thank Rosemary Fleming & Barbara Hamilton FNPs, Mercy Palliative Care & Hospice for their wonderful care. Any donations or remembrances can be made to Mercy Hospice, c/o Mercy Health Foundation. A private family memorial will be held in the near future.

As I read this I have both tears of joy and tears of sadness. Tears of joy as I think of all the wonderful memories she gave me and the way she opened her arms and her heart and made me a part of her family. Tears of sadness for the days that I miss her. God got an angel that day. Jeff, Joe, Pilar and Family, you continue to be in my thoughts and prayers. Love you all.
