Dominic Allen Obituary
From the day he was born to Carl Dominic Allen and Angelica Hernandez Mannin on September 7, 2008, Dominic was a little ball of pure energy and joy. At only 4 years old he was named, "best big brover" (as his little brother called him) when Angelica and husband Marc Mannin brought his little brother Asher Alan Mannin into this world.
Dominic had the most enticing smile, infectious giggle, and unforgettable personality. The oldest of 13 grandchildren, he so loved making them laugh and he so cared for them all. He loved acting, writing stories, drawing comics, making up games, reading and especially making people laugh. He will be GREATLY missed. See you later our little Catterpillar-Domino-Calvin, may you now bring joy to all who are with you in Heaven.
Dominic is also survived by his grandparents; Joe and Barbara Hernanadez, Rick and Tony Allen, Tamara Liebmann, Jerry Willson, and Dale and Tina Mannin; uncles and aunts; Joseph Hernandez and Jen Pack, Jacob Hernandez and Holly Mewton, Christopher Hernandez, Stefanie Medina and Steven Medina, Phillip Hernandez and Victoria Hernandez, Jennifer Latham and Tyler Latham, Andrew Hernandez, Christina Lewis Lyford, Marian and Collin Talbert, Holly Allen, and Anna Wilson; many adoring cousins and many, many other family and friends.
A visitation will be held at Hood Mortuary on Saturday, February 3, 2018 from 10:00 to 12:00 followed by a reception at The River Church at 1:00. A more formal funeral service will be held at a later, undetermined date when his mother will be well enough to attend.

Dom was such a great friend and classmate to our third graders at Sunnyside Elementary. He made us smile often and was a great contributor to classroom discussions and learning. He had an insatiable appetite for new knowledge and was always asking questions about everything.He pushed others to try and work harder, as he often exceeded expectations in his own work.
We will miss his bright smile, companionship, humor, and all of those amazing questions.
We think of him often and will keep him alive in our hearts always.
