The most gracious and engaging member of Her Majesty’s Household. We met invariably at Windsor on Garter Day. Diana Farnham, always quietly elegant , had such a natural ability to
make whoever she spoke to feel special. I shall remember her with much affection, she will be greatly missed.

I have shared a friendship with Lady Farnham since 1974 when I was Nanny to her children Harriet and Sophie. I continued my friendship when I returned to Australia. We connected when she came to Australia with the Queen and when my husband and I revisited London. We wrote every year at Christmas time a card and message I looked forward to receiving. I send my love and thoughts to Harriet and Sophie who I hold in my heart. Diana you will be sadly missed and I was privileged to have met you and had you in my life.

To the children of Lady Farnham,
I send my deepest condolences to you on the passing of your precious mother. No one will ever replace her in your hearts. I have read where she was a devoted friend and companion to HM Queen Elizabeth. It takes a very special person to devote her life to the service of her friend, her Queen and her country. Your mom was an extraordinary human being.
May God wave his hand over the troubled waters of your heart and help you remember the special times along with the sorrow at this time.
From all of us who have come before you losing a precious mother, my heart is with you.
