Dawn LaRose Obituary

Dawn Denise LaRose was born December 4, 1960 in Antigo, Wisconsin to parents James LaRose and Patricia Mullikin. Dawn passed away on December 27, 2022 in Santa Monica, CA. She is survived by one daughter, Sadie (Frederic Alanis), one son, Thomas (Jennifer) and one granddaughter, Brianna Alanis. Also surviving is her mother Patricia, her brothers Edward (Jennifer) and Michael, and her sisters Chris (Daniel Vankilsdonk) and Shelly (Carl Hotter) as well as many beloved nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Dawn loved reading, writing, cooking, music and art. She was an accomplished painter, and she generously shared her artwork throughout her life. She found great joy in music and never let the opportunity to sing and dance pass her by, to the great joy of everyone around her. Dawn is preceded in death by her father and her beloved dog King. A celebration of life will be held at a later date in Durango.
