David Furnas Obituary

Trey was a sports fan and incredible athlete who loved his community of Durango and had so many beautiful memories with his friends. After moving away to Memphis he always said he would get back to Durango one day!

As God has called him to go ahead he leaves behind his mother Jynn Furnas and two younger brothers Everett Furnas and Ryver Furnas.

We know there is something very important up in heaven for him to take care of. Let's celebrate him together.

Dear Jynn,
Trey was such a sweet young man. I am so sorry to learn of his passing. We spent countless hours watching our boys play soccer. Trey always displayed talent, sportsmanship, and all-around quality of character. I will remember him and his beautiful smile fondly.
My heart goes out to you and your family,
Tebby Henry

Trey was my best friend for years. At one point when we were younger we were inseparable, he was like a brother to me. One summer we spent everyday together either I was at his house or he was at mine, a true friend. As the years went on and we grew up we grew apart but I will always hold that friendship close to my heart. My condolences to his brothers Everett and ryver, you´ve turned into fine young men and will do amazing things. And to his parents Jynn and Dave, you raised 3 amazing young men and it´s so sad to see Trey leave us at such a young age. I wish I could be at his service but sending love and prayers to all of you. -Nicolas Cameron
