Cecilia Morrissey Obituary
Cissie graduated from Durango High School in 1960 and attended Loretto Heights College in Denver and was employed at District Court in Denver. She held various legal office jobs in Denver, Durango and California.
Cecilia was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Jeff Morrissey.
She is survived by her daughter, Margaret Silva and one grandson, Jordan Silva, both of Paso Robles, California. She is also survived by one sister, Mary (George) Thompson of Durango and one brother, Frank Morrissey of Moundridge, Kansas.
Cremation has occurred at her request. A private memorial will be held at a later date.

I'm so sorry to hear of Cissie's passing. She was a good friend from high school days. I will remember her as her senior high school photo on this website shows.....always smiling, actually always laughing her notable laugh and having fun with life! She will be miss by me and all of her classmates from the Class of 1960! Rest in Peace, my friend.

So very sorry to hear about Cissie's death. I didn't know her as well as I did the rest of your family but I do remember babysitting for Margaret when she was first born. Your family were good neighbors and I miss that part of Durango. Know it's difficult to lose a sibling and you all are in my thoughts. May she find rest and peace.
