My sincere condolences to Cece´s boys and her family. I met Cecelia when she joined the Capstone and Mercy Heart family. Although I hadn´t known her for a long time, her life´s journey to God and Jesus touched my heart. She wasn´t extroverted nor introverted, but she was just the right mix of both. Her exuberance to learn about God and Jesus was a blessing to all. I felt like she was going to be a mighty woman for God, and she was. Although her passing was tragic, her light burned bright. I pray for those she left behind that they be surrounded by their memories of the many good times they shared with her. Although we don´t always understand death and the whys, we do understand life and if our purpose is to touch lives with our story than she accomplished that. May God´s presence and peace be with you all on this journey of bereavement.

We got to know Cecelia Martinez when she walked into Capstone Church in BenbrookTx. She became part of our Mercy Heart ministry and quickly became like family and touched our hearts very deeply. One day she came and asked if I would baptize her because she wanted to make a fresh start to her life here in Texas. The impact she had on so many so quickly we will forever cherish in our hearts and memories. She was a very loving and kind hearted person always willing to help whoever and wherever she could. We will miss her deeply.
Our condolences and prayers go out to her boys and the whole family. We were hoping to meet yall some day. But know this if you surrender your heart to Jesus as Cecelia did we will all come together again some day. God bless you all.

I knew CeCe from Capstone Church, in Ft. Worth. She was so sweet and I will miss her. She stood for Jesus and was a blessing at our church. She was a dear sister in the Lord and I am glad I got to know her a little bit. She is safe in the arms of Jesus, now and forever.

Cece will always be remembered in the best of ways. She was a light to the world and never let the bad things she was going through and that happened to her in the past dim that light. Cece I´m so glad to have called you my mother even if it was by marriage. I will forever have you in my heart. Thank you for all the amazing memories. I will miss you and your sweet smile forever

I'm so shocked and saddened to hear of Cece's tragic passing. What a terrible loss for her two boys and the universe. Cece was the epitome of a good person! She was kind, caring and genuine. She was very good to my son, Brad who was friends with her son, Kaeleb. I hope her boys find peace and can cope with this incredibly sad loss. Condolences to the entire family!

I never saw her without a high smile on her face or laughing- she had a way to make you forget what you were going through thru and have you laughing right along with her! She had a beautiful heart and soul! No doubt she is smiling down on everyone! RIP BEAUTIFUL LADY!
