My Tia Cecilia will always hold a special place in my heart and mind as using also the English term..my aunt who always was so kind and close to family and all those she knew who she revered as family and friends. As her nephew, I recall as a child and growing up when it came time to visit with her and my Tio Robert, I enjoyed so much her welcoming me into her home with open arms and enjoying our company and making me feel at home visiting with her. Catching up with her and my Tio was so captivating to learn how her life was filled with taking care of her many grandchildren and finding out how being a grandma was so gratifying. She personified what it meant to not let a day go by without living life to the fullest and letting everyone she knew know how much she loved them. I recall through all the many memories dancing with her in her living room and seeing her face light up with that ever so brim smile that made you so much happier and loved in her presence. I saw firsthand in those many years with the countless visits to Durango how much she cared so painstakingly for my Tio and how their marriage never skipped a beat for their love for one another. It taught me at a young age how to pattern my life. Even after it was his time to depart this earth, she continued on with living her life the only way she could, to fulfill her time as a loving Mother, Grandma, Aunt, Cousin, Sister, Friend, and not only child to her parents but also as a child of God with whom I believe is so proud of how she lived her life and served all those around her just like our Savior Jesus Christ did during his ministry. I am sad I couldn´t be with family and friends to celebrate her life and legacy in person today but know Jeremy Aragon from South Jordan, Utah is thinking and praying that she has been reunited with my Uncle Robert, Tommy, Tybob, her parents and all those she had been missing on the other side. I love you Tia and thank you for the many memories. I know you are smiling up there and time for you to live your heavenly life while we continue here in this world celebrating you today and always. You will never be forgotten. I love you!

My deepest condolences to the Family. Mrs. Aragon was such a beautiful person. She would always take the time to say hello & I always enjoyed talking to her. A beautiful light had gone out & will be missed.

Dear Cousins, my heart goes out to you all on the loss of your beloved Mother and my beautiful Tia. I will surely miss our monthly phone calls which she started right after my Mom passed away 4 years ago. She would always end our conversations with "God Bless you and I love you." My Mom was your Mom's sister in law but your Mom never referred to her as a sister in law but always as her sister. That little kindness meant so much to my Mom. "Your Mom's life was a blessing. Her memory a treasure. She was loved beyond words and will be missed beyond measure." She is now resting in peace in the loving arms of our Lord, Jesus Christ.
