Brenda Anders Winters
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brenda Anders Winters. Brenda passed away peacefully on September 11, 2025 at Johnston Memorial Hospital, Abingdon VA.
Brenda,72, was born to the late James and Lorene Anders on April 18, 1953. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her adored daughter, Lori Winters Couch, her sister Mabel, her brothers, Jerry, Mike, and David, her mother and father -in-law, John and Louise Winters.
Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 52 years, Randy Winters, her doggy companion, Sophia, her grandson, Kendall Funk, her granddaughters, Hannah Funk and Jennifer Alley. She is also survived by her son-in-law, Gary Couch, her sisters, Peggy Freeman, Linda Harrington and Bonnie Webb, her brother-in-law and his wife, Alan and Corinna Delree Winters, and numerous loving nieces and nephews. Special friends to include Chad Funk, Tina Mitchell, as well as Tyler and Amanda Shupe.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday September 14, 2025 at 4PM at Bradleys Funeral Home in Marion VA with Reverend Doctor Matt Winters and Johnny Winters officiating. The family will receive friends from 3-4PM prior to the service. Interment will be at Wassum Cemetery in Atkins VA. Expressions of sympathy may be sent to the family at bradleysfh.com. Bradley's Funeral Home is serving the Winters family.
