Linda Bailey Obituary

Linda Louise Bailey, 82, passed away Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born January 25, 1944, in Itawamba County to William Tilden and Ruby Byoncie Gahagan McCarley. She loved going to her church, Lakeview Baptist Church, where she was a faithful member for many years. She loved going dancing and spending time with her family and friends.

Services will be 2 PM Thursday at Lee Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Bro, Rob Garland officiating. Burial will be in Lee Memorial Park. Lee Memorial Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements.

She is survived by her children, Teresa Davis (Jessie) and Marc Bailey; her daughter-in-law, Jenny Bailey; six grandchildren, Amanda Kirby, Mallari Parker (Anthony), Maegan Bailey, Jacob Bailey (Morgan), Jessica Davis and Emilie Richey (Haygen); ten great-grandchildren, Alex Allred, Lindsey Kirby, AJ, Lukas and Brooklyn Parker, Keegan and Raeleigh Gray, Bryson White, Reighlyn Bailey and Harlyn Richey; two great-great-grandchildren, Jayce and Charlie Allred, a host of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Jake Bailey; a son, Ray Bailey; five sisters and four brothers.

Pallbearers will be Haygen Richey, Jacob Bailey, Kevin Erwin, Jesse Davis, Mark Lee, AJ parker and Lukas Parker.

Visitation will be 12 - 2 Thursday.
