Of Lackawanna. Beloved husband of Diane (nee Cegielski); devoted father of Richard, Jr. (Joanne) Kozak, Ronald Kozak and Robert (Kerry) Kozak; cherished grandfather of Maia, Jonah, Matthew, Ava and the late Dylan, Kristen; loving son of the late Walter and Mary (nee Kich) Kozak. Relatives and friends may visit The Colonial Memorial Chapels, 3003 South Park Ave., Lackawanna, on Sunday, July 6th from 3 to 7 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Queen of Angels Church, 144 Warsaw St., Lackawanna, on Monday July 7th at 10 am. Please assemble at church. Entombment Holy Cross Cemetery. Richard was a former director and member of The Southtowns Walleye Association and member of The Blasdell Rod and Gun Club.
