Tommy was one of a kind and I'm so glad I made his acquaintance during the summer of 1979. After that, everywhere he'd see me, he'd come over to give me a hug. "Patricia" he'd call me, the pah-trrree-see-ah so reminiscent of the Spanish people of my youth. Somewhere I have a picture of Tommy with Joseph (Atencio) in his arms. Tommy, Ramos and Joey were always best buds. Rest in Peace my friend. I'm so happy I got to know you.

Tomas was for sure 'one of a kind'. I adored everything about him, his voice, his walk, his talk, his smile, and his laughter was the greatest!! I appreciated his words of wisdom and comfort. He was a dear friend indeed. i am so going to miss him. He will forever have that special place my heart... como siempre' mi amigo.
