A heartfelt salute to Rush for his unique conservative voice in America for 30+ years. Rush boldly took the conservative baton from Ronald Reagan, carried it forward as only he could do and enlightened the rest of us. His “common-sense intelligence guided by experience” voice led the conservative movement across this great land we love - and for this, I’m truly grateful. I listened to Rush for over 20 years and my husband was there from the beginning, later bringing me into the fold when we married. Until then, I was always a Republican, although not necessarily a conservative. Both Rush and my husband helped me see the “conservative” light. I’m forever indebted to Rush’s life-long devotion to the conservative cause, especially during the difficult times he lived thru this past year. It was inspiring to watch Rush continue to do what he truly loved until the end. I’m very sad Rush is gone but thankful he was here as long as he was. Rush was a very good man. He always informed us about anything that needed to be informed about. I love his books. He is a great Rush Revere and loved his horse LIBERTY. I loved reading these books and learning so much about the history that we didn't get at school. My Nino had home schooled me after the corona virus closing. This year I am a hybrid and get a lot more from my Nino about history and math and science then over the internet. We listened to Rush everyday at lunch and cried together with my Pop when you told us he was gone.
We still listen and are glad to hear his older bits of comments and advice and pray for him during our thanking and remembering at Grace I am sorry he is gone and I hope to meet him in heaven when I get there some day.

I think of him as a lighthouse on a rocky shore guiding all the ships who passed by and paid attention to his wisdom. I was working with a church member in the early 90’s & who had a plastic molding business at his home & each afternoon he would turn Rush Limbaugh on. At first I was upset & wanted to hear music. As I continued to listen each day I starting looking forward to hearing Rush each day & I’m so glad I was able to listen for all these years. Words can’t express how much Rush will be missed. We loved this man! Can remember the first time we heard his radio show. Our comments (in Stereo) “who is this guy”! He was saying everything we were thinking and truly believed in and still do! I miss Rush so much. This has been a feeling of loss I never imagined I could feel for someone I’ve never met. Every week day for 3 hours since he passed I have ended up in tears. I feel genuine grief as if I lost a mentor and an Institution. I’m 37 and an ex Democrat, Rush changed my heart 7 years ago and now I’m a poster boy for conservative values. Rush changed lives. I love you Rush, I thank you and you are forever part of me.

When I heard Kathryn on the radio on Monday morning, I knew Rush was sitting at the right hand God. My heart was so full of sorrow and I couldn't keep the tears back. Rush will be sorely missed in our family. Our hearts and love go out to Katherine and all of Rush's family as your loss must be so unbearable. After the News of your passing my wife sent me a text that said "I'm sorry your friend died" - even though I had never met you I considered you a friend. I spent many hours behind the wheel of a car listening to you. You were able to articulate my thoughts and beliefs in a way I never could. I will miss you .

I was sitting in my semi truck while making a delivery. Barack Obama was president 2009, and I didn't like what he was doing. I turned my radio and heard this voice and wondered who was this man make complete sense to me and when I heard that it was Rush, I understood. Have listened ever since, he started my journey to conservatism. My brother in law has listened to Rush ever since he came on the radio. Personally I just want to thank you for waking up a nation.
