Diana Murphy, a beloved sister, and aunt, died peacefully in the presence of family and friends in Colorado Springs on March 3, 2020. She was 65.
The great-granddaughter of Colorado pioneers, Diana had an abiding love of the mountains, especially the San Juans in the southwestern corner of the state. She was proud of her Irish heritage and traveled to Ireland several times. Diana cared deeply about her family and friends and was generous to a fault. Her coppery hair, sparkling green eyes, and loving spirit are missed by all who knew her.
In celebration of Diana's life, please share memories of her with Claudia Murphy Foley at 19 Bacus Avenue, Durango, CO 81301 or [email protected] .

I worked with Diana at the Missile Defense Agency. She was very dear to my heart. I hope her sister Claudia and the rest of the family receive the peace of my Lord that surpasses every understanding. I am really sorry for your loss.
