William J. September 20, 2022 age 82. Bill was an elevator inspector and a member of the IUEC Local 5. He was a graduate of North Catholic High School class of 1958 and a proud veteran of the United States Army.
Beloved husband of Kathleen M. Connor. Devoted father of Michele A. Bogan and Kathleen K. Winkis (Joe). Brother of James, Joseph (Ann), Jane, Devoe (Jere) and the late John. Pop-pop to Jillian (Matt), Joey and Kaitlyn and great-grandfather to Brendan, Michael and Matthew. Bill is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Relatives and friends are invited to viewing Wednesday, September 28th 9 am to 12 pm VISCONTO FUNERAL HOME, INC. 2031 Vista Street (Vista & Large Sts.) (Ample parking & handicap accessibility in rear of building) followed by Religious Service. Interment Washington Crossing National Cemetery Newtown, PA to be scheduled at a later date.
In lieu of flowers donations to Fox Chase Cancer Center 333 Cottman Avenue Philadelphia, PA 19111 would be appreciated by Bill’s family.

I was with my dad (Jack O’Rourke) when he heard of Billy’s passing. He started reminiscing about how the two of them were so close & still kept in contact often. He will miss his buddy, rest easy Billy.
