Kenneth Ratcliff Obituary

Kenneth Dewayne Ratcliff was born on November 29, 1961, in Jasper, Texas, to James L. Ratcliff and the late Willie Merle Polk.

He was a long-time employee with Wal-Mart where he worked for 25 years. He was a great cook and worked as a personal chef for Oxtails in Houston, Texas.

Kenneth was preceded in death by his mother.

He leaves to celebrate his life: one son, Kenneth Ratcliff, Jr. of Jasper, TX; one granddaughter; his father, James L. Ratcliff (Nevell) of Detroit, MI; sisters, Sharon Polk Ratcliff Dearmon of Lufkin, TX, Andrea Wagner (Ben) of Green Valley, NC, and Chera Carson (Petey) of Bellville, MI; brothers, Aaron Ratcliff of Toledo, OH, James Ratcliff, Jr., Phillip Ratcliff both of Dearbon, MI, and Andre Ratcliff of Detroit, MI; aunts, LeEather Sarton of Columbus, MS, Rosemary Brown of Jasper, TX, and Edna Thomas of Detroit, MI; nieces, Sharika Dearmon Pleasant (Thurston), Tiffany Johnson, Lateashia Gladney (William), Sharmorrow Weatherred, and Mar’Kiana Skinner; nephew, James Dearmon (Dionna); special nephew, Ke’Jaelon
Pleasant. He also leaves a host of other relatives and friends.
