Joe always made the environment at the jail more tolerable because of his jokes and willingness to share the workload. He was a nice guy who always smiled.

I have countless memories of Joe since the age of 12. Growing up with Blake, Katie, and Colleen, he always made sure that I felt welcome in his home; and would go out of his way to help others in any way that he could. Joe was such a generous human with a truly effervescent spirit. He will be sorely missed by my family and me.
Thank you for everything over the years, Joe. May you rest in peace.

Patty, So sad to her of your brothers passing. We always had so much fun, good laughs and pranks on " Milton " and later catching up with each other around town. Every time we saw each other it was just as time never went by. Your brother always stayed steady. He loved life and his family. Although I never had the pleasure of meeting his children I knew all about them as Joey would surely fill me in . My sincere condolences to you Patty and all of your family may Joey rest in peace now all the best Sylvia Knoll Hubbardston Ma
