Victor was a fine person back when we worked together. He was straight to the point and one time he wanted to talk so he blocked the Hermosa Road with his grader until I figured out he wanted to talk. We talked for an hour and certainly understood what we had to do that 1979 after the big snow year. Under Leroy they were a fine team of hard workers.

I remember the few time we all got together around the Table eating breakfast or dinner and listening to You Tia My Mom & Dad talking and sharing stories. I will always remember the warm hugs and the true interest in how we were doing and the Love when you said that you Loved us.
