After graduation Pat attended Winona State University, in Winona Minnesota, where she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics with a Music Minor. It was
here Pat met her first husband Larry Libersky. They were married after Graduation and shortly Larry was drafted into the Army. Pat went with him to his duty station in Hamburg Germany. His tour ended and they returned to Minnesota in time for the Birth of their son Jason A. Libersky. Larry then attended the University of Oregon at Portland as a Physics Graduate Student. They spent a year in Portland and then they moved to the land Pat loved.
