Michael passed away peacefully at her home in Spring Creek, NV after a two-year battle with a failed liver transplant. Michael was the daughter of Edward Morgan (deceased) and Sherry (Parks) Selph of Durango, CO.
She graduated from Dolores County High School of Dove Creek, CO in 1987. While in high school, Michael excelled and lettered in may sports, including basketball, volleyball, field and track. She was also an All-state basketball for north & south games.
Michael went to college at Colorado Baptist in Denver, CO and modeled briefly in California before she returned to Denver where she resided for the next 20 years.
Michael is survived by her daughters Avrie (23) for Fort Collins, Morgann (16) of Highlands Ranch; her mother Sherry Selph of Durango, her husband Ted Arellano and step-daughter Alexis (13) of Spring Creek, NV, as well as numerous extended family.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents, N.P. & Louise Parks, uncle Nicky Parks, aunt Jeri Parks, and numerous others.
Michael's memorial service will take place at Hood Mortuary on Saturday, August 25 at 10 AM, to be followed by a celebration of life at the Elks Club at 11:30 AM.
