I have just learned of Jan's passing and am so sad. She was such a loyal and loving friend to me and my family. Tom, I am sorry for your loss. I know you and the boys will be lost without her. We had been praying for her, here in Texas.

Jan will be missed by all of us who knew her through the County Fair. She was a vital part of that event all year long.

I met Jan in 1992 when I bought the laundromat next door to Big Cheese Pizza. She was so kind to me. I came to love her dearly during the years that I raised my family and we owned businesses next door to each other. I have thought of her so often in the years since we "lived" next door to each other. I am saddened by her passing. She was a delight always!
