Heidi found peace with God on April 8, 2017 at the age of 47. After graduating from Charter Oak High School in Covina, CA, Heidi pursued her artistic talents in cosmetology and became a manicurist. She spent time in the South Bay area, Durango, CO, and Scottsdale, AZ while devoting her time to the gas and oil, wine, and real estate markets. She eventually settled down in Vacaville, CA.
Heidi will be lovingly missed by her husband Mike Rounds (of 10 years), stepchildren Scott and Shelby, her beloved dog, Tanner, parents Terry Dyer (Martha Darling) and Francine Dyer, brothers Troy (Angie) and Aaron (Kelley). Heidi will also be fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews, Mallory, Tate, Vivian, Marley, Ridge, Dalton, and Ren, along with countless Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and the many friends whom she had invaluable relationships with throughout her life. An amazing and spirited cook, she embraced every opportunity to entertain and cook for her friends and family. Spending time camping at our lakes and beaches with those she adored gave her great peace and joy- toe's in the sand and sun on her face was the happiest place on earth for Heidi. Her recent dedication training for and competing in endurance/Crossfit events showed her true determination to be at her best. She will be remembered for her everlasting and trademark bearhugs, whether they were to say hello, goodbye, or just because. Heidi's contagious smile and laughter, along with her sparkling blue eyes brightened even the darkest of days and will be engraved in our memories forever. The void she has left in our hearts is irreplaceable.

My condolences to the Dyer-Rounds families. Just as Jesus looked to his Heavenly Father for strength and power in his time of deep sorrow (John 11:39-44), so can each of you.
